All staff at Early Bird Therapy must:

  • Hold a current Working with Vulnerable People check
  • Have relevant qualifications in their area of expertise (e.g. OT: minimum of a bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA)
  • Have a valid drivers’ licence and reliable transport
  • Enjoy working with children, families, and other professionals as a member of a collaborative team
